Soft tissue therapy is an umbrella term for a number of advanced massage therapy and myofascial release techniques used to treat chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries.
Each treatment is tailored to your unique situation, taking into account a history of your health and symptoms, the findings of a thorough physical assessment and consideration for what else is going on in your life, both physically and emotionally, at the time. Consequently, no one treatment is the same.
I have additional qualifications in Aromatherapy in Masge, Geriatric Massage and Chair-Based Exercise, so if you're interested in exploring the therapeutic benefits of essential oils, or you're elderly and looking for someone who can support your particular needs, get in touch.
I'm based at the Sidmouth Hospice at Home Day Centre in Sidford where there is plenty of parking and easy access from Sidmouth and Sidbury. Details of treatments and respective prices are set out below.
